		<description>This decline in performance was recent. There was nothing wrong with the connection itself, as long as you didn&#039;t use any P2P programs or play online games. If you do any of those two things, Oninet is not the best ISP to have at the moment.

Since I live in Europe I&#039;ll compare it to somewhere closer. An acquaintance of mine, from Sweden, recently changed his ISP also. It took him 5 hours to do so.</description>

		<description>Rather unbelievable how they could mistake a 8mbit connection with a  256kbit one. I would be rather speechless if they made the same mistake with Welsper. This decline in performance from Oni is a recent deal, or has it always been like this? Very ironic how you can download better with a 256kbit connection than with your 4mbit one... The problem with my connection is its inconsistency; Mostly during the day, the speeds can become unbearable at times... but that is somewhat compensated by the times when I can actually reach my top speed (&gt;1MByte/second).</description>
