Today marks the beginning of a new month, however, that month came filled with surprises, some good, and some bad.
Yesterday, I had one of the most tiresome days of the year. I’ve been having some problems with my eyes, due to the lack of sleep I think. And I wanted to go home and rest, because I had only slept 5 hours, therefore, as you can presume, I was very tired.
Instead of catching a bus like I should have, I asked my father for a lift, since he usually goes home at the time I intended to. But instead of going home, he put me doing errands for him across various different places for an important dinner he’s organizing for the visit of the Portuguese Rotary President.
At the end, we went to the mechanic we usually take our cars to, to pay for the repairs for the yearly-scheduled revision they made. As we were coming back, my father looked at the spot where a car radio should be, which was void of a radio with a bunch of wires twirling inside it and decided to buy me a new one.
This, of course, made me really happy, and he got me one of the nicest ones in the store even. After that, when we finally got home and I thought my worries were over, I turned on my PC only to discover that the HDD had died.
So I spent the rest of the hours in the afternoon trying to ressurect it from the dead. Until I gave up, wrote the ForeverGeek articles and went to bed.
This Thursday marks the day of the dinner, in which I’ll be representing my Rotaract club, since I’m the Vice and the President is gone. So I have to read a lot of pages about Rotaract in case any questions regarding it emerge.
So this month’s goals for me are: get a new HDD (duh), improve my blogging (even I make it in 9rules or not), and to try to be more sensible about my sleeping hours.
